Andrea Roldan is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of experience providing tax, bookkeeping, and consulting services to a variety of clients varying in complexity. Under her leadership, The ARCPA Group, has consistently provided exceptional services to a growing list of clients in more than 21 states. Inspired by her training at Deloitte and RubinBrown LLP, ARCPA Group emphasizes accuracy and quality control.

Since 2021, the ARCPA Group has worked closely with Wegner CPA  and Pote Law, to provide tax compliance, financial consulting, and technical advisement to Subchapter T Cooperatives, and Cooperative Partnerships, including conversions to worker cooperatives, employee buy outs, and cooperative start ups. 

Andrea has shown her commitment to making financial services and wealth planning accessible to the community by offering free consultations to individuals and businesses as well as reduced fees for trainings and services that target underserved communities.
